Creative Dance

This class enhances creativity, physical literacy, and coordination by encouraging students to explore their bodies in a safe and supportive environment. Heavily rooted in music and imagination, students learn how to express themselves, problem solve and will also master fundamental movement concepts and skills to a diverse range of music and dance styles.

Yoga Class

This class utilizes a variety of engaging yoga activities, to support students and teachers working together
​to create a community where health and happiness are the focus. Students learn guided breathing exercises, yoga poses, and meditation techniques to increase strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

​Technique Classes

This class will utilize a combination of dance technique, creative games, and choreography challenges to give students a basic understanding of the chosen dance technique. Students will have the opportunity to learn a dance to be videoed or performed for their parents and the school community. Schools can choose from a variety of dance techniques, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and modern.
