Costume Policy
Participation in our Year-End Recital in June is a mandatory part of our performing arts curriculum for all recreational and intensive dancers. If your child is not able to participate in recital, you must provide The Director with written/emailed notification by November 15th so a costume is NOT ordered for your child.
To ensure we receive them by early Spring, all costumes are ordered in December. A Costume Fee for each class your child participates in will be added to your tuition bill at this time. All students are measured in December and costumes are ordered based on their most-likely size in June.
Costumes are not made to fit each individual dancer. Sizes are determined by the size charts of the costume company we are ordering from. All alterations and costume adjustments are the responsibility of each family. In the event that your child’s costume is too small, there will be an additional charge to exchange/order another costume.
All costume balances a must be paid before May 1st in order to participate in the annual recital. If payment is not received, all credit cards on file will be charged to cover payment for the costume. Costumes will be handed out only to families that are paid in full.

FAQs
How Do I Select A Class?
Our first priority is to place children where they will progress and succeed, with the day and time of the class secondary.
Please try to be flexible with scheduling so your child can make the most of his or her dance experience.
Dancers are placed in a level according to age and/or ability.
If, at any time, the teacher feels the placement is incorrect, parents will be notified, and the situation will be rectified.

If your child has a fever or active illness that may be contagious, please do not send them to class.
If a child is injured and cannot participate in class, but is still healthy enough to attend,
we recommend they come to class to watch so they do not fall behind.
