After graduating the Boston Arts Academy, Brett performed with Urbanity Dance Company under Betsi Graves; The Boston Liturgical Dance Ensemble under Robert VerEecke; and The Angie Moon Dance Theatre under Angela Conte.

Brett has performed in many festivals and smaller shows in and around the New England area such as The PULSE on tour in Boston,  The Dance4Life Benefit Concert in Cambridge, and the Boston Contemporary Dance Festival also in Boston.

​Brett dances for Impact Dance Company Boston and was an original member since its inception in April 2011. While dancing with Impact, Brett has performed at the Perceptions Dance Festival in Brooklyn, The MayFair in Cambridge, and The Massachusetts Dance Festival in Boston.
