Full-day dance camp for ages 8-12
For the kids who LOVE dance, want to build their skills, and get creative, we have created a full-day dance camp program. With a different theme each week, the kids will be learning dance technique in a variety of genres including jazz, ballet, hip hop, musical theater, acro, improvisation, and modern. They will also be preparing their own performance for the end of the week taking part in a full co-creation process with their friends and leaders from props, to costume design, to programs, to choreography.
This program also provides great training for kids who are hoping to bring their skills to the next level in the full-year dance program as they will build strength, balance, body control, and musicality which will benefit them no matter what track they are on at The Dance Academy!
