Hillary Johnson started dancing at the age of two in Worcester, Massachusetts at Charlotte Klein Dance Center. She was trained in ballet, jazz, tap and lyrical. She competed in various dance competitions such as Dance Masters of America, Starquest, Ree Gold and New York Dance Alliance. In 1998 Hillary moved to Marblehead and joined Lisa’s Dance Studio program, continuing her passion for dance. After graduating from Marblehead High School she attended Wheaton College, majoring in Sociology with a minor in dance. Through the Wheaton College dance program she was privileged to train with Alvin Ailey, the New York based modern company. She also trained with other talented choreographers from all over the country. Hillary choreographed multiple lyric and modern pieces for Wheaton College and was chosen to be team captain for her senior year. She was also hired as a full time modern teacher for three semesters. For her summer break in 2002 she ventured out to Los Angeles California where she interned at a music video and commercial production company. For the last four years Hillary has also been working for Siagel Productions as a dancer/motivator at Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, graduations and cooperate events Hillary’s choreography has received platinum awards and is the coach of our highest level competitive team.
